Nick E Louder one of South Africa’s first DJ/Producers to break through and helped paved the way in bringing Electronic Dance Music (EDM) to South African shores, inspiring thousands of club goers over the years. Having a unique way of adapting his music through trends with an incomparable talent for mixing and interpreting what a crowd wants, he has performed internationally and has broadcast worldwide. Nick mastered the craft of “turntableism” in the UK at an early age, performed London & Ibiza, breaking into the European scene before introducing his sounds to South Africa, and holding residencies at Boiler Room, G-spot Lounge, Rush, Spice, Pure, UNITY, Gallery, Studio 47 and 96 Degrees, Legacy, Fez, Purgatory, Opium and more…
Over the years, Nick has been renowned for his technique of bass driven beats, hooks and rhythms cultivating a crossover of styles that entertain dance floors with his global presence establishing his name as a DJ to be reckoned with.
Nick has a reputation from his domination in the 90’s dance music scene that gave him the foundation and the knowledge to raise the standards of the EDM scene in South Africa to an international level, his name is synonymous for his progressive style .
He has been fortunate enough to have shared the stage with some of the worlds finest superstar DJ’s including Paul Van Dyk, Fat Boy Slim, Paul Oakenfold, Judge Jules, Jerome Isma-Ae, Tiesto, and Axwell and has performing at events from the Ministry of Sound, Pasha, MCQP, Vortex including Synergy Live. With a host of residencies from legendary clubs from Europe and South Africa including the Palladium – Spain, Star Club Ibiza, Aquarium – London and his own ground breaking Super Club UNITY in Cape Town where he has earned his stripes in club-land.
