Welcome to MuthaFM. Get ready to experience the first ever Cape Town based radio station dedicated to bringing its listeners the best in evolving dance and club music.

This station has been conceived with a clear objectives:
- to supply and educate music lovers in South Africa with a comprehensive supply of dance music, encompassing all its genres
- to promote and encourage local DJ's and producers, and help them, not just to attain international standards, but to start setting the trends for the internationals to follow.

This radio station is about the passion of music and, founded by some of the top South African DJ's with over 30 years experience on the decks, MuthaFM is set to change the airwaves in a massive way. Mutha is currently broadcasting globally via streaming audio on www.muthafm.com and has been for 18 months now.

Over the next few months, MuthaFM will be in the process of applying for its FM license through ICASA. Part of our application includes a petition signed by the public to show their support for the new kid on the block.
